Bryson Charolais was established in 2001. Situated at 1534 Carcoar Road, Carcoar. We pride ourselves on good, functional commercial cattle. We are looking to produce bulls that are soft and lay down that all important fat cover. Progeny from Bryson bulls has topped at several saleyards.

In 2005 Bryson Yoda was awarded Junior Champion Bull at Sydney Royal Easter Show. Since then, Yoda semen has been used in no fewer than 15 Seedstock Charolais herds with progeny consistently performing well in both the paddock and in the show ring.

In 2007 Bryson Anakin was Grand Champion and top priced bull (for $19,000) at the Charolais National Show and sale.

In 2010 our newly acquired cow Moongool B429E won the inter breed at Canberra Royal Show. Our bulls are being used in many studs as stud sires throughout QLD, NSW and SA.

At the Beef Week open day at CTLX on display will be both males and females for your viewing. There will be a selection of bulls offered for sale. These include a full brother to Bryson Yoda and bulls sired from leading North American genetics. All bulls are breed plan recorded.
